Indian Animal Husbandry 2024: The Rajasthan Animal Husbandry Department has launched the A-Help Yojana to deliver veterinary services to livestock farmers. Animal Husbandry Minister Zoraram Kumawat introduced the scheme. It trains Pashu Sakhis (animal friends) for 16 days to become “Agent A-Help.” Their role is to improve animal health and livestock production.
The program empowers women, offering them self-reliance and employment. It helps both women and livestock farmers in Rajasthan.
